Granted. They do work in real life.
However, nobody is Dragonborn or knows how to use them.
So Occam's razor cuts them out. So the granting of the wish corrupts itself and your head asplode.

Offtopic: you just use 4bye*1 to search for LP, then you find what accesses the address and view the code ending with something like ebx with the disassembler, you replace the code above the selected code with a code that does nothing, repeat on the next code above, on the top code that does nothing change it into: mov ebx, 9999999.
