What I do, is i deco the original pixels bright green, then play time, and if there are any bright green pixels left, it's disqualified.

Gravity must be on.
You can use the console, but you still have to follow the rules.
They will not be in an enclosed space.

Never, the competition goes on forever. The bombs are judged as they come in.
