the difference between this and TPG is that TPT has a moderating team, and MANY, MANY users willing to help out by reporting. AS long as there is a moderating team, and a good portion of users ARENT idiots, TPT wont, and cant go to hell.

I think a test is a bit harsh, i think it would scare a good portion of users away. However, i do agree with a terms and conditions-like sheet, and instead of forcing users to read it, there would be heavy persuasion, such as:

at the top of the terms and conditions sheet, in large text, it would say:
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, they will help you become a productive, helpful, and intelligent user, and most importantly, not reading them will greatly increase your chances of getting banned.

Good idea. Much easier.

Tests are not a good idea, that is bad, plus who knows how many people have something like a disabaility or something, really just don't do it.

so, by using basic logic, it would be infinitely better to force people to read a set of rules and then give them a pop quiz, yes, GREAT idea. I dont see any reason NOT to make TPT a dystopian society.

I don't think thats the best way to get on his good side :)

It's cuz of us all noobs. I only skimmed over the rules cuz I'm registered at a lot of forums so I basically know the usual rules.
But then I screwed up once and decided to read them carefully

I really dont care wether im on his good side or not. He is my last priority on this forum. :l
