I actually found MSVCR100D.dll out of nowhere and I put in the folder then it worked.

Added PROT. This is also serving as a test for upcoming ELEC.
The rand() function doesn't work well. In Debug I had a lot of PROT and NEUT in a chamber and only one LOVE particle.
