@CeeJayBee is right, it's impossible to find something that you can implement to your server that does that. If you really really want these features to be added to your server, you can either find command block contraptions for each feature, import them and then squeeze them together into one place, or you can start learning how to use command blocks and start adding these features one by one.

Or maybe you can hire an expert to do that for you :P

(Don't look at me, I don't know much about command blocks).
