New feature "boiling substances effect" added. it is a simple graphical effect like cooking water. until now ACID, LAVA and WATR are affected. The effect starts at about 97°C.

Also taken out BALL element and cleaned up the code.

Brought my NEON element script back to run, added NEON to my mod and updated the other thread.

I have also changed NANO a bit. Now it creates elements by it's "ctype". METL is default.
