Protons would turn uranium into plutonium. IRL adding a proton to a uranium atom would result in neptunium, but since we don't have neptunium it would turn straight into plutonium. The shields would only work if they could turn coal to diamond and back again, although turning coal into nitrogen would be a bit more realistic. Both types of silicon could probably be turned into breakable metal, which would turn to metal if exposed to more protons, simulating changing types of metal.

A proton laser is not physically possible IRL nor is it useful in TPT, PHOT conducts heat much better than the other radiation elements.

All LIFE elements are cellular automata, they can provide the devs a way to make new elements with less lag, basically, like in Mine Craft where fluids are cellular automata, it seems feasible that some TPT elements could be created as cellular automata, such elements would be extremely predictable and use less processing power.

All your elements are useless (the PSCN and NSCN can easily be prevented from melting).
The elements you listed have had amazing creations based around them.
