It's called PHP... Server sided only, the only thing you'll see is the stuff sent out. It's more secure and impossible to bypass without massive plans to hack the server. -

I think the proposed solution is a question about the rules, which you MUST answer in order to continue registration, so if you don't know them you can't answer.
