You suggest that piracy does not apply if there is only one way to do something?
I don't recal saying anything that denies people the right to use the designs.
I am not saying that people should not use any of those designs, I am saying that many are claiming those designs as their own, at least without a mention to Wireworld people.
There are many PT electronics that are currently the only method for what they do. That doesn't mean the creator shouldn't get recognition, or even just a mention that it was not their (the person who "copied") design.
Also, variation comes into it. I don't mind people modifying electronics I have come up with and using it as their own, but I do mind if they use the exact same thing with no credit.

EDIT: I think it may be in the best interests of us all if this topic is locked, before a potential flame ware breaks out.
