    I've got a crummy old laptop and I get down to 15 fps all the time. :( As for the lowest, can you say zero if your computer freezes and won't respond?

    fill the entire screen with electrode and spark and welcome to laggy hell and because our school computers are run of 1 server it screwed every computer in the school for 5 minutes
