    SALT+BCOL=GUN would definitley break saves, mainly landscapes. ANAR+OIL=BIZR might break a few floating island saves, although I haven't actually seen any that use OIL. BRMT+OXYG=THRM would undoubtedly break saves, Most electrolysers would explode, there would probably be a few exploding landscapes and cities too. You might be able to stop these if you made the reactions only happen at a certain pressure/temperature.
