I have thought of the possibility of "featured" saves, creating a new server altogether isn't going to go well with the Powder Toy.
With featured saves, a group of people can review the saves that are published, and mark them as featured. They could then be searched through by clicking a button (Such as the favourites button)

Woah, calm down, the server is not in any way overloaded, it's not going to burst into flames, and there's no way the old saves could become corrupted. The save format is fairly secure, and there's processing power available server-side to re-construct, or otherwise filter malicious saves if a vulnerability is discovered.
