    I don't think it that hard.

    We just need to add another property to the particle: isDrag.
    When isDrag is true particle will follow the mouse cursor.(I think mouse x and y position is avable in powder.c)

    like i said, scripting is very difficult, but the guys at powdertoy have kicked ass at it since v.1.0 til now, that i think it wont be that much of an issue XD
