    because it hasn't happened yet. when it does, we will either die because of the Gamma radiation, or find out it happened millions of years ago. Whole galaxies could be gone, if you think about how far away they are

    What about the Andromeda galaxy. Some say that it will collide with the Milky way, and earth will survive.
    It really far and it is the farthest thing u can see with the naked eye. But if or Milky way and Andromeda already collided but we dont know?

    Sun will survive, but its life time wil drop down to 3 millions years

    Well, if the galaxies do collide , then we will be able to see it without a telescope because you can see the milky way from earth. Well you can from where I live although it seems to be only a cluster of stars. If you live far away from a city you can actually see the milky way really well, as in if you were looking through a telescope.
