2019:2. The Bowser Empire fires it's space laser towards yellowstone, hoping to release the pressure and prevent a super eruption. Just before the laser hits, all nearby areas are evacuated to bunkers. Every caculation is triple checked, the laser moved into a geo-stationary orbit. The laser activates. And it hits Calafornia (just kidding). It hits straight into what we thought would be the best place to drill into the magma chamber. Steam hisses out of the hole. Nothing happens. 5 seconds later it suddenly explodes. This is followed by a bigger explosion around the park. Luckily this was not a super eruption, just a moderate one, but as a result a good percent of the US is covered in ash

The A.L. builds a huge wall system to keep and eye on the Bowser Empire.
The R.L. and I.L. claim territory inbetween the RNN and AHC, mostly for farming purposes.
A small fleet of ships is sent to fight the Durkadurkastan.
