It wouldn't actually be hard to implement IR and UV rays, since we have several unused bands of light in the memory for photons. I guess having invisible particles floating around isn't as awesome as it sounds :P
As far as I'm concerned, I think that they should do something other than be new photons. Such as detonate nuclear/flammable/explosive elements, cancel out spark, or maybe even have them flash different colors based on Newtonian Gravity (I.E., GRAV for Newt. Gravity) As for uses for these: A radio signal that does not require WIFI, wires, PRTI/O, PLSM, FIRE, or anything else in any other way (Combining Gravity pump with PCLN to create a pulse) A remote shut down switch. You can also reverse the effects for PSCN/NSCN. Where an incoming spark will cancel on NSCN, and a wave will generate a spark on PSCN. Useful for randomization and remote shut-offs in a unique way.
