Have them buy adverts on the forum :P They get attention they crave, and the forum is supported. But on a serious note, adverting on other's saves is completely unacceptable.
It's completely shameless, and as some of you have said (sorry for not replying directly as I am on my iPod), this does bring attention away from the original save, it's already frowned upon and should be against the rules.
