Im not sure if any one is having this problem but i am.

I get an error message saying:
This application has failed to start because MSVCR100D.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
Msvcr100d.dll is in the directory. So whats the problem?
Looks like a great mod though. :P

YES!!! I have gotten that for basically all mods except iof...'s 30 something mod w/ bullet and pipe. Some clarification as to why this happens would be a huge help

If it says any files are missing then just copy them from the powder toy source. Simples *squeek*.

if you look at DERP those red things are called ATCT.
I would like to know what they are too.

Only mscvr100.dll is in the directory
And i apologize i made an mistake saying this.

I don't know then. Everything is in the same folder then but you are still encountering problems. One is confused.
