I think that using a power regulator is a bit rich, taking advantage of the recursive power ability. But apart from that great work, I really like the rest of it :P You definitely need to recycle the power however, if you can get it so it has no BTRY that would be awesome. Just a single spark to get it going.

I got it to work from one spark, but when recycling back into LO2 it glitches and turns to RIME and sets fire to the PLNT

Actually while I was working on a power recycling unit, I noticed that about 50% of LO2 particles would turn into plasma, fire turning into plasma is a one way process and thus cannot revert back to fire as a result, the LO2 would eventually run out.
