NP2 (Naplam Type B) has been created already and is a slow burning liquid, which can be lit with thermite.

If your going to make a sticky liquid, good luck.

Making "unstoppable" elements will is never a good idea. You need to leave at least the cloning elements and diamond.

For those wondering, NP2 as well as being a selectable element can also be made by mixing DESL and GOO.
