I'm afraid turning off the ambient heat is the only way; you could put INSL or FRME in between the ground and the machines, or just make the ground into INSL or FRME using the console and then use deco to paint the ground to look like natural ground.

it pretty much depends how you want to cool it you could just use LN2 or any other thing that makes stuff cool or you can try and go a more realistic route using a refrigeration cycle or something else that would be used so it all depends on what you want to use
