    Err, your save is in urgent need of repair.....

    Maybe use wire instead of water due to the cold temperatures.

    Also, INSUL blocks NEUT, so you need an opening somewhere for the neut to get out, had to erase a bit of it so the DEUT could go off.

    but why? i don't need starter made of 100 neutrons- the goal is to make one neutron that hits another kernels of deuterium and pushes another neutron away- that's the chain reaction, not tons o' NEUT boiling DEUT.
