    Like a grid and inside each cell you have the average velocity of all particles?

    The game tracks it so it's possible.

    EDIT: I just don't see it useful.

    Hrm, maybe that is doable. My origional thought was to view the speed/velocity of individual particles, but that would provide more information and maybe be more detailed.

    I realize it may not be useful, but it's an idea and it has it's cool factor.
