    No, you are supposed to stamp it then delete it, start the fuel rod process.
    when thats done load the stamp and put it back into the fuel rod casing.

    There's a difference between fusion and fission. Your rods are fission.
    Fusion is taking two nuclei and fusing them into one particle or atom.
    Fission is taking on neutron and turning it into two then the two into four and so on.
