 Only the last on worked for me ( http://tptunblock.herokuapp.com/proxy  ) all the rest were ether blocked or only showed a clone wedpage. 

I am useing http://tptunblock.herokuapp.com/proxy right now to write  this post and on youtube, so that is profe it works. User:2015 I think it would also work for you.
