For best human, I nominate either @nucular, @Ristovski, @Fast-Driver, @MiningMarsh, @Triclops256 or @mniip, because they're all pretty damn awesome in their own way.
For best Powder Toy save creator, I'll probably nominate that lightPC guy, @mark2222. Seriously. Who the hell is he, just coming in here, bursting in with his Python compiler for his in-game 29-bit computer with a freaking kilobyte of RAM and a giant screen, expecting not much recognition?!
