Yup, I'm 100% sure about that and can confirm that Protcom figured it out a long time ago. I'm sure he tried the script today and got it working, but didn't show any window when he pressed the M key. I'm also sure that he didn't see any MRGD elements in the special sections, so that's weird.
Oh and I'm sure that he would copy the contents of the .txt file, open a new tab in his text editor (I'm sure it's sublime text 3), paste the content there and save the file as whatever.lua if he wanted to convert a .txt file into a .lua file. I'm sure he knows that there are probably better ways, but I'm sure he is too lazy to find out.
