Only way to have cold fusion?

I was hoping for something like PHOT+DEUT+HYGN = cold fusion explosion

    mhmm

maybe it would be photon initiated fusion

What's the point of cold fusion?

the fact that 0 energy is lost in heat. Its supposed to be impossible...

NBIS decay doesn't make much sense, because won't that just generate an infinite loop of HYGN-->adsorbed HYGN-->NBIS-->HYGN, which will then get re-adsorbed (note I say adsorbed) and release more heat energy? derp

    I disagree with Kydon.

Energy is only lost in heat when there's heat to be made in the process. I don't really believe cold fusion has anywhere else to put the energy.

Also, I want PHOT + DEUT + HYGN to initiate fusion

well. i think the recipe is:
    -200 T + 50 P + HYGN = NBLE + 20 extra P + -10 T
    -230 T + 100 P + NBLE = CO2 + 25 extra P + -10 T
    -260 T + 200 P + CO2 = O2 +25 extra P + -13.15 T
