    First off, there are plenty of ways to regulate temperatures without having to make new elements. For instance, take glow, portals, filter, pipe a few electrical items, and you have your own completely regulated heating/cooling system. If you wanted to, you could even use the heated glow that came from reactors to make steam. Then use another water tower to cool glow the rest of the way so it can be recirculated to the reactor to cool and transfer. There are so many ways to regulate heat right now, we dont need another. Especially when you are BORED.

    Warm down as in get to 0-100° C. There are other ways of doing this, for example with WATR.

    Water boils, so it dissapears, just dont use cool for that long till it freezes.

    I'm sorry but that is a fairly stupid statement, Of course it freezes stuff.

    Once you have left it a good few seconds after you pass the recquired temperature
