     It is achieved somewhat, but by bright turquoise flash, I meant that at first it would be a blindingly bright flash, then it fades to the amount of light produced by the NEUT and whatever else is emitting light.

    By the way, this light that is produced by various elements, does it fill the whole screen, or just affect the area around the element producing it?

    What about GBMB? I reckon a small flash for a pixel GBMB, but when there's like two close together or something, it could create a bigger and brighter flash, but it still would be about 20 pixels across. But when it gets to like bucket loads of the stuff, it might be like the nuclear flash.

    as much as i hate it...... (only because you have a bad rep :P ) i have to admit, i like the idea, it would add great aesthetics for the bunker/city saves and would just generally look great.
