    Just use clone or spawn. Even powered clone allows for similar functions. That's at least 7 elements related to spawning stickmen.

    no i dont want it so u can make penis' and stuff just so you can create a stickman in a tube

    Put powered clone inside a tube and when you activate it after already having it contact stickman and then turning it off, it will spawn a stickman. Simple.
