Oh, I never saw those headers. I suggest you update the headers to the GPL-3+ headers (I think there's a difference) and add those headers to all of the files that are originally TPT files.

Well, personally, I believe that the original program should be in Ubuntu before a mod (assuming that's what you're trying to do). Currently, I'm fixing up my package and going to try to get it into Debian and then into Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal.
