    Yeah, that's right.

But if hydrogen became liquid at -270 degrees (or less?), that would break less/no saves.
Apart from that, the liquid hydrogen would became a gas again if temperatue raise above -270, so some saves are maybe not affected.

Maybe liquid hydrogen will be born only under -270 degrees AND at least 5.00 pressure?

    Good idea!
But it should stay a liquid even if the pressure is less than 5, because otherwise you can't create it with CLNE or with the mouse cursor from the elements bar.

Here you have your electronic element:
    image
Red - PSCN, Blue - NSCN, dark gray - LCRY, light gray - mouse cursor ;). Spark PSCN to toggle lcry.

//edit: Trick seems to only work with LCRY, but it shouldn't be a problem to make it work with other elements too. Probably matter of code copy-paste.

The idea for a toggle/flip-flop element sounds interesting.

It would be cool if you could implement it! :-)

As I posted above - just copy behavior how LCRY behave in setup on my picture above to other elements like switch and others.

When you spark PSCN here, LCRY goes on/off. It's all matter of copy-paste code that makes it work that way to other elements, like SWCH. No need of new element.

Demo (dunno how to embed): https://powdertoy.co.uk/Browse/View.html?ID=804287 (instawire around image is only so image would show instantly, it'll toggle even if you spark any pscn inside)

Hydrogen becomes liquid at -253 C, and is extremely flammable (a lot more than nitroglycerin).

You mean, the behavoir of LCRY should be copied to the other elements that can be powered?
I think that would break saves...

Ok, so hydrogen would became liquid at -253 °C and at least 5 pressure. When it is created, it will stay a liqiud even if the pressure changes.
