    Haha, decorations used to be screen-related, not particle-related, but they edited it :D

    Multithreading is not multi-core.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multithreading_%28computer_architecture%29
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-core_processor
    Your computer does multiple threads all the time. For example, I'm currently using Firefox, which is running 35 threads. I only have a 1-core AMD V140 processor.
    also.
    import java.util.Thread;
    public class Main extends Thread {/*code*/}

    If you don't trust me, ask @Mastermind555 with whom I worked on a Java game, he tried multithreading once. We never got it to work.

    And why Java? TPT is coded in plain old C, the language of our forefathers and those that came before them.

    Um, no. Just our forefathers.
    Also, this idea should be optional for users, and the saves should indicate that they use this (if they do).

    I still do not understand what having multiple layers of electronics on will cause lag. It seems very possible with enough optimization and work. Also ax a side note. The screen should not rotate as a cube but use  a button to switch up and down layers. Once again. I say its a very good suggestion, but idk if it is added or not. Also I never get FPS drops on my pc. We need to move forward sooner than later and start forgetting about computers that run XP and have 2 GHZ or less CPU's, as more and more people are getting better computers
