It's really hard there's already a powder type app on android and its very buggy as simulating complex physics calculations is memory heavy.

What about The Sandbox? It's open beta testing atm and it's sorta like TPT.

TPT is not made in Java, it can't be on apple, by the way there is another site that have physic simulation like TPT,
click here.
There is some that is on AppStore already.

I did a test with TPT on a 1.5GHz ARM, while it was higher than 10FPS on some saves, it still only runs at about a 3rd of the speed, which isn't very good.
