The Leidenfrost effect doesn't last forever... If dunk my hand in water first, I wouldn't be able to hold it in molten lead for longer than a few seconds. I think it was faked, it was just a thick silver liquid that he swallowed, and he had the lead thingy in his mouth the whole time.

basicly what alexnotalex said, he had a lead substitute that he put in his mouth and had a big lead/silvery chunk in his mouth
