How did your family come to live where you live now?

My family fled from The Soviet Union to China, which they had to go to Australia because china turned Commie.

My great great grandfather and his sons fled the Soviet Union as well. They lived in Ukraine, and packed up and headed to England. There, one of the sons met my great grandmother. They eventually moved to the states, and a few generations later, here I am.

My family spent a majority of their time in the rural areas of Moldavia, but once communism fell in Romania and I was born, we moved to Iasi (like 50km away from where they uesd to be) where we still live today.

So I have probably the boringest story here.

Great great grandmother was a Soviet Jew and fled to England. Lived in Manchester for a few generations, then my grandmother met my grandfather and had my father. Father met mother in Nottingham, and now live here in a small town just outside Manchester.

I'm starting to see a pattern here...

I was birthed as well as reared in Philadelphia, but not the East.
I had a lot of free time as a child, and most of it was spent out on nearby grounds of merriment.
Everything was jolly back then, as my main activities included chilling out, maxing and relaxing!
When it was not school, I spent a lot of time playing basketball.

But alas, once a few rabble-rousers started creating a commotion in proximity to me.
I happened victim to one of them, and after a kerfuffle the non-father parent of mine got scared
Which prompted her to move me in with her extended family (to be more precise, her sibling and their married partner) to Bel-Air.
