Explain a bit more, two things happened to me. On the first try it created a black hole that made some steam, on the second try it just started pouring the water.

If you mean the WATR turning into BHOL, that is supposed to happen. When there is more than 5 elements present in a single space, a pixel of BHOL is formed. -
The BHOL creation was implemented to stop people using over compression to make tiny ultra-powerful lasers or bombs that took up 3 pixels. Basically to stop people cheating by doing exactly what you are trying show people can be a little annoying when BHOL is created when you don’t want it too....

I don’t really know the mechanics or any specifics but it think it is just particles like solids, gasses and liquids. Correct me if I am wrong of course.

More than 5 elements in a single pixel forms BHOL, except energy particles.

Energy particles don't make BHOL. This bomb uses NEUT and ELEC. First set the temperature to maximum. Then NEUT and ELEC made a large pressure. You put everything at the same point. NEUT mixes with ELEC and make HYGN, which gets a large pressure and temperature and fusion.
