AntiFreeze (Also known as antiboil)

We have an element called freeze, which turns the water permanently to ice. But we don't have an element which works like anti freeze.
Anti freeze would basically stop the water from freezing. (unless the temp is way to low like a temp of 270-273, at which point the anti freeze will stop working) Even if it sounds odd anti freeze can also be used to stop water from boiling until its at a very high temp.
Uses:
Its primary use would be when you are using water in the game and you don't want it to freeze at low tempretures or boil way to quickly.

Lol, anyways it sounds good. i might as Poorsoft said add it to a mod but i don't know the properties.
Just as a memo Me, AngrySpam98, firefreak11, and Poorsoft are doing Lorddeath's mod.
