I've recently gotten some comments on this save saying that they put in something and got the wrong answer. Personally, I have never once gotten the wrong answer using this calculator (after uploading it. I have during bug testing), so I made this thread so people can tell me exactly what they did and what they got as a result so I can see what you're doing wrong or if there is some actual bug with my calc, because these comments are frustrating. I don't see how people can get such ridiculous answers when how to use it is so clear. It's 1 digit and 1 operation (if u try to enter a 2 digit number or do 2 operations at once without clearing first, it'll know and display --). You only spark a button when the ready light is lit up (bright green). How people can possible make get incorrect answers is beyond me when I always get the right answer and have tested this extensively to make sure it works before publishing it.
Ex. of bug report: I did 3 X 2 and got --: 1. I hit 4 2. I hit X 3. I hit 2 4. I hit C because I didn't mean to hit 4 5. I hit 3 6. I hit X 7. I hit 2 8. I hit = when the ready sign lit up 9. I waited and -- was displayed
^^I was serious when I said exactly what you did If something like that happened, it's because u can't hit C while in the middle of it calculating, and if u do, u need to hit ctrl+= to stop it from getting an error, and even that won't guarantee success. The reason is, once it starts calculating, u can't stop the spark and dlay from doing what they do the get the answer (electronically anyway), so your next problem will get mixed in with what was already calculated (with multiplication at least) and a number will be sent to the converter that can't be converted. When that happens, the calculator displays -- to show that an error occurred (in this case, u hit C while it was in the middle of calculating).
