    I've got rice nobody wants. What can I do with it (NO RECIPES)?

    Send it to me. Or you can send me an Email asking for an illegal cocktail of information used to turn your rice into highly flammable/chemical weaponry.

    Is it cooked rice, or not cooked rice yet that might going to be cooked at any moment and be eaten or something else.
