Element Relations (Still a WIP)

Okay, so here's a table with every element (except for LRBD and NBLE), and it's relation with SPRK transmission. If the element transfers SPRK to the next element (ex. PSCN to METL), then it's a YES. If it doesn't (ex. NSCN to INST), then it's a NO. Post in the comments what other relations I should do! :D
NOTE: TESC isn't in the top row because it'd just zap everything =/, so I can't test it.
I should've gone in to more detail explaining it, because it only works if you're reading it horizontally (left to right) [element at left] to [element at top]. I'm such an idiot, it only works if you read it vetically, [element at top] to [element at left]
And if you're wondering why there's so many mistakes, here's my apparatus:

Could you perhaps make all No-s with a red background and all Yes-es with a green one? Easier for the eye to read! :3

UPDATE: Now with color scheme. All different [element] groups have a thick line separating them. YES=Red, and NO=Cyan
