OK ive worked out to make a really damn big nuke, this is so large that the neutrons were flowing still after a while. Pretty much u use the standard nuke (plutonium centre with deuterium caseing). What you do is you continuously use the coolign tool on it and it will shrink the deut (u must constantly place more deut using clone or deut tool). The shrinking deut will glow and will slowly see a small volume increase in the deut nuke part after a long period of time (warning it takes half an hour to raise maybe 1/4 of a mm cube on the screen if deuterium being constantly pumped). Once u fill the whole nuke of this glowing super cold deut and will not shrink anymore, detonate it. You will see my point.
i have got to point of quarter filling after about 40 mins of continuously filling while cooling. and it does 30% more damage than the equivalent without cooling. Though it is slightly lagging at this point.
do that and then use the console to set the super compressed deut to a really high temperature for maximum city meltage b4 the neutrons are released (you can delay neutron release in an advanced bomb through using a sparkable casing that releases the super compressed and heated deut and sends a spark to water for delay leading to a powered breakable clone with a ctype of neut.)
ahk i see, i havnt been able to log into powdertoy server through powdertoy due to connection problems and timeout. ive just never seen anyone use supercompressed deut previously aswell. Anyways thanks for the deut block, will make this nuke construction so much quicker.
i dont know how to make a supercasing yet, i just use metal at the moment for it. Ive also neve been able to use the consol (yet also i cant even find it) or know how to use ctypes.
@CaptainJL(View Post) Just cover the deut in bmtl, it doesn't absorb too much of the pressure and it breaks easily, allowing the neutron cloud to expand. Then just add neutrons.
Actually setting life to something more than 65535 is pointless, and well, might result in not what you want if you save something with life more than 65535 it gets truncated modulo 65536, so just !set life deut 65535, would be most efficient
@mniip(View Post) although you'd have to think about the numbers you have to enter, making it less effiecient. I find it easier just to put !set life deut and then hold the 9 key for a second.
