I feel like life isn't real, like I'm just looking at a computer screen. The only way to dampen this effect is to se myself bleed. I see different sides of me as different people telling them to go away or thanking them. I just started to cut myself :( please help me.

Happens times to times. Just stop cutting yourself, get a truckload of books and start to read. You could also try to meditate on the true meaning of life, but eh...

But eh isn't the route I take. I feel like I'm going mad.

Madness is similar to creativity in some way.
    Exploit it.

I do I am the cleverest in my class; in fact a nerd. But that's what makes me special . I think I am schizophrenic schizotypal and bipolar ... I do feel like its a strong point. Being mad yes; it is good. But does anyone care about the mad hatter. No.

TIL that I'm Schizoid, Schizotypal and Obsessive-Compulsive. And same with you, my notes are very high.
Just try not to hurt your body, and read on philosophy/psychology, much intellectual delight.

As @MasterMind555 said, meditate. A good way to do it is getting off the computer and walk around a park, read or draw (for some reason learning to draw good or making a good one gives you a satisfying feeling). And stop cutting yourself. Everybody has this feeling with 11 years or so, but it passes after "learning something after meditating".
