Ok I tryed copying the DLL now but it won't piece with the project I also tryed getting a hold of the header file but it just had a lot of errors. Now what?

I was trying to compile my newly made mod until. The compiler said I was missing a file called SDL.h. Where do I find that?  --------------------Configuration: powder - Win32 Debug--------------...
