If you press Ctrl + i, it installs it, allowing you to do this. Assuming I wrote that correctly, it will open tpt for you with that save. A button could be added to do that.

This could be easily fixed, so I'm sure it will be done eventually. I would fix it if I could.

Maybe try not using magic launcher and actually modify minecraft.jar, it could be a problem with magic launcher.
