Okay, I figured out how to compile with javac. How do I add libraries (minecraft_server.jar) to the project?

I'm trying to compile this: https://github.com/traitor/Minecraft-Server-Mod    I have no clue how to add libraries.

Does anybody know how to compile Java projects? If so, PM me either here, on on IRC (irc.freenode.net).
