Me and MasterMind555 have been quietly making a Powder Toy remake in Java and are now ready to announce it.  This is...  Java Powder!   It is entirely made in Java(with a C# launcher)...

That is not a Powder Toy issue, it's the windows frame and Aero. Try looking over the screen's properties and tweaking the resolution, position and other stuff. Is the "scroll-bar"...
