I have an idea. I need to think it out more, but it's a good one.

Wall. Blocks air. Allows particles.  Wall. Allows everything. Conductive.

denkdaetz  Uranium doesn't explode. It just sends out a heatwave, which is what it does in the powder toy.  Plutonium is what explodes.  And Francium.
