If two mods are .exe files you can't combine them yourself. It'll take a lot of adjustment to the source code and some re-compilation to make a merged version of both of the original mods.&...

I kind of wrote that one a while ago: http://github.com/boxmein/tree/eray . Didn't write a decent UI though, so using it is a bit of a pain.     Anyway, use DRAY.
